No. /tv/ was really irrelevant and underpopulated back then. There always were recurring meme threads, but nothing like today, and there also wasn't anything like Baneposting or ironic shitposting. There was some light trolling though.
It was pretty peaceful, there was some Avatar shitposting tripfag and regular pedo threads, but aside from that it was kinda comfy.
