I've killed animals like birds and squirrels when I was a teenager, but I would never hurt a person. I actually feel like shit for doing all of that when I was younger. I would shoot them out of trees and cut their heads off with a hatchet. Now I try to have as many animals as I can. I don't even kill spiders. I catch them put them outside. They were all near Halbach when she was last seen. Some of these guys have been arrested for abuse toward women, including sexual abuse of women (Charles Avery sexually abused his two daughters). They had access to the car lot, therefore had all the space and time to burn TH's body and evidence. And they could've easily planted her bone remnants at Steven Avery's place. They also had incentive to do so, for financial reasons and just because they did not like Steven (or he just happened to be an easy frame). Remember, everyone in this gene pool is fucking retarded with the capacity to do harm, if not already having pretty substantial criminal records.
I think Bobby and Scott are the most suspect. I'm honestly banking on them having done it. I think Charles and Earl could have been involved and or aware, but I'm not sure. Avery not only called Auto Trader and specifically requested Halbach to take pictures the day she was killed, but he also gave a false name when he did so. Why? And why would he, and the documentarians, fail to mention it? Avery then called Halbach’s cell phone three times the day she died, twice using *67 to obscure his identity. None of this proves his guilt, but all of these actions undermine the defense’s contention that Halbach was just someone that happened to come by that day for a job. It sounds like he wanted her to come by. None of this is mentioned in the documentary.

Not only was the bullet found in the garage linked to Halbach’s DNA, but it was forensically tied to Avery’s gun as well. Seems like a pertinent thing for viewers to know, but it was never brought up in the Netflix program. To believe Avery was innocent, you now have to believe that forensics specialists were in on the frame-up and lied about both the DNA and gun, or messed up both tests.

I think him and her brother were hiding something, but not that they murdered her. Rather, this - that one deputy Corbach or whatever his name was - what IF he illegally searched the Avery lot and found Teresa's car before anyone else? He'd be in a lot of trouble, that's very illegal without a warrant.
So what does he do? Takes the key out of her car so nobody can move the car, and alerts Lenk/his superiors. My guess is they alerted the brother and ex-bf of this, or something close to that. Or at the very least, they got Pam (who is actually an ex-private investigator, not just a jesus cuck) to search the Avery lot in the search party. It was all set up so that when she find the car, which they knew where it was, then it'd be admissable and protected under the 4th amendment
Also maybe Corbach moved the car there. I don't think he killed Teresa, but I definitely think he got the car key before it was officially found, and that's why they were just waiting to plant the key this whole time

Part of dasseys confession to police he talked about helping avery move the rav 4 and that avery had opened the hood latch and unhooked the battery cable. They found non blood dna evidence on the hood latch that matched up to averys.

I believe avery probably did it. But the criminal justice system failed him and dassey because there was plenty of reasonable doubt, and the media firestorm and police destroyed any presumption of innocence before the case even got to trial.

Anyway, both this and Paradise Lost were interesting in that, unlike The Thin Blue Line where a person was clearly wrongfully imprisoned, there is nothing definite about the actions of these parties, and it demonstrates how laziness, incompetence and under funding lead these sloppy cases and prosecutions that essentially make the question of guilt redundant, because you can no longer see past the litany of mistakes and missed opportunities.
A high profile murder case of a prominent citizen? You can bet investigators would have built hypothetical cases against Avery's brother in law and Dasslemania's brother. Simply to rule them out. They wouldn't have risked the chance of a mistrial or exoneration on a planet key.
But in a podunk fucking backwards nowhere town? They just don't have the time, money or interesting (or as the convictions show, necessity) to do that.
You can also rest easy knowing this goes both ways, and that is why guys like Gary Ridgeway were able to rack up nearly 100 murders of social bottom feeders in their time.
