I would consider him underrated and have some fondness for the character, had the movie showed me anything about him, his personality, his fears and wishes.

His acting was such garbage in Ep. 1. I mean really its all smooth and fine until they Jedi counsel scene and hes somehow less believable as a character than CGI Yoda
Count Dooku. Literally the count, can use force lightning and duels like a fencer (which is also why his saber is curved, Lee had experience in fencing)
