Why do they keep making capeshit when the greatest comic book movie of all time has already been made?

FUCK OFF
>>64533189
>money
nothing more, nothing less
>>64533296
>omnipotent being
>could cleanly vaporize them
>choose instead to cover nearby bitches in blood and guts
alpha as fuck
>>64533189
>Watchmen movie
>changed ending
Auto-fail.
>>64533399
squid would have taken up too much time
movie doesn't have a perfect ending, but it's the best you can get
>>64533189
Watchmen is the comic movie jn its pure perfection. And that swedish girl playing Silk Spectres daughter, god damn...
>>64533389
Sends a better message when there's evidence left behind.
>>64533389
indeed
>>64533189
Certainly isnt this one
Never seen it. Which cut should I watch?
>>64533729
the one without the cartoons
Such an uneven movie.
But had some fantastic scenes in it.

for true comic adaption (ie not very good without reading the book) there's the ultimate cut
for best cinematic version, directors cut (ideal)
for people who want to save 20 minutes / don't care about their experience too much there's the theatrical cut
i would watch the directors cut first then if you enjoy it, read the book. then watch the ultimate cut.

that isn't spiderman 1
UNDENIABLE GOAT PATRICIAN TIER CAPESHIT
>Watchmen
>Batman Begins
>Batman Mask of the Phantasm
>Spider-Man 1
>Spider-Man 2
>X-Men 2
>Hellboy 1
>Winter Soldier
>History of Violence
>Dredd
>Unbreakable
The only arguable problem with the theatrical cut is the absence of The Adventures of Pirate McGee - but despite what purists will tell you, its never been essential to understand Veight's character.
>>64534513
do we really have to credit Dredd as capeshit?
>>64534649
nah the theatrical cut is missing key scenes between the comedian and both silk spectres, as well as stuff related to moloch
