They're on MySpleen which is a private tracker (but they're friendly and hand out invites no problem), plus I'm pretty sure they're mirrored on The Pirate Bay (plus a smaller, author-approved re-encode of SW, not sure about TESB).

Despecialized are the most watchable but the Laserdisc editions are still the most like the original they just look bad on any medium to large sized screen.
