I find all the plots and messages forgettable or just too negative+bored by life in outlook to want to keep in mind.
Looks wise, I like No Country for Old Men and A Serious Man.
I think everybody agrees that this is well done

I really am not into their sardonic and conscendent jew humor, and I'm not a fan of cheesy OTT performances either and their films happen to be filled with them. Their only film that benefits from these aforementioned characteristics is The Big Lebowski because it's actually meant to be a cartoony comedy.
All things considered my favorite film from them is No Country for Old Men, followed by The Big Lebowski. I also liked Inside Llewyn Davis.
Underrated I think is A Serious Man, that's a good domestic drama.
Fargo is garbage

Why they're so perfect, /tv/?
Inside Llewyn Davis is probably one of my favourite films. Pity Oscar Isaac ruined his career not only with spaceshit, but capeshit too.
God tier: inside llewyn Davis, a serious man, Barton fink
High tier: miller's crossing, no country for old men, Fargo
Medium tier: big lebowski, true grit, burn after reading, o brother, the man who wasn't there, blood simple
Low tier: intolerable cruelty
