Yes, but not because of the quality. While not as good as the original trilogy, it is better than the prequels. It does this by being as safe as possible. What makes it the worst thing is what it signifies. From now on at least once a year every year we can expect a safe Star Wars movie written by committee and focus tested to death. They will get better than The Force Awakens, but they will never exceed the originals. Also, Disney will never ever sell. We have lost any chance of Star Wars getting into the hands of someone who could make a legitimately fantastic movie.
