God dammit, John Williams, we know you don't care anymore but could you at least have pretended to give a shit?
He's 83, so I guess I have to cut him some slack, but yeah... his score was fucking terrible.
He couldn't use the orchestra he normally uses, which is why it sounds weak, because of JJ.
Supposedly John Williams uses the music from the scene where Sidious talks to Anakin about Darth Plageius in Snoke's theme.
I doubt there is anything to that though.

it's clearly the weakest soundtrack in the series, but it's still way better than the vast majority of the OSTs you hear out there

My favorite is only a snippet from Torn Apart, which was used HORRIBLY in the movie I might add. I don't even know how you take a fucking part of a song that's a built up and cut away to the last 5 seconds of it. I guess that goes to show the kind of incompetent mind we had working on this.
