Scrap the Kylo character, instead have Fisher be Vader 2.0 who was trained by Luke but turned to the dark side when she couldn't have kids with Han because she was infertile from all that death star radiation. Rey can be Luke's kid instead so they avoid having to skirt around the "I am your mother" line, no one's dumb enough to write "I am your aunt" into the film. Darth Fisher can even reveal to Rey who she really is (Luke's daughter) and at the end of the film she could meditate or some shit and realise where luke is/where the rest of the map is.
