Just finished watching this movie and I think it's a little under rated.
It's also rare these days to see a sci-fi like this one. Maybe not the most creative or consistent but there was some sort of.... literary quality to it that I can't quite place my finger on that's really missing from recent Sci-Fi. Perhaps it's the strong focus on character? I don't know, but can we talk about it?
I particularly like the Beethoven scene. Its an obvious scene to talk about, but its awesome.
