I actually think Mulholland Dr. is overrated and that Lost Highway is underrated. I think it's Lynch at his most pretentious, but it's also Lynch at his most entertaining. It's like a perfect time capsule feature-length music video, not to mention has a great soundtrack.

Watch Gummo or any of the rest Spring Breakers was my least favorite seeing that first could turn you off the rest.

It's funny how Lost Highway was universally panned while Mulholland Drive was so loved when they're pretty much exploring the same themes. But then I realized that one is about female sexual empowerment while the other is about brutish male angst. Guess which one was well-received.
