It kind of takes the fun out of discovering it yourself, but at one point he samples what is arguably the finest scene of Twin Peaks. I watched the show for the first time this year, and it was the scene that probably affected me the most out of the whole show and stayed with me. Knight of Cups was already hitting me on a really deep level before this quote occured, and coupled with the other coincidences that related to me in the film I've been straight up rattled since I heard it.
