Nigga u crazy if you think chili doesn't mean means. Ain't no boss in the world gonna spend money feeding his boys a meat only diet like that. You'd be lucky to get some dried jerky once a week. More likely there'd be some bacon or other cured meat as a flavoring agent in the chili, the rest being beans, onions and other fillers.
