Mortal Kombat by a mile. It has a plot and some acting and is entertaining. Even the CG has held up pretty well for 1995. Christopher Lambert is king.

But I'd have to say Mortal Kombat in the end. A lot of the special effects were very impressive for the time, and the story is a lot more coherent.
