After the BLACK DINGUS scene it went downhill fast.
Not because of some /pol/ bullshit, because it used flashbacks for the first time, and broke otherwise almost theatrical setting. Then came the narration. Then flashback to the morning. It was a solid 9/10 before the dumb blowjob scen. I was so mad. Last chapter was dragged. And the one before absolutely unneccesary, exposition of it could have been done through conversation. Fucking tarantino spoonfeeding everything.

I didn't mind the post intermission narration, I guess, because it felt like part of the roadshow and all, but the flashback didn't do shit for me except make damn sure a Tarantino flick had one. It didn't reveal anything special at all. We already know the owners are all dead. Okay. Guy in the basement. Alright. The general was having to play along, so what? Could've all been explained with a few choice sentences.
Channing Tatum was an awful choice.
