He got a good director, a good story, great cinematography, a "le epic american badass" character archetype yet he was so fucking dull and boring that I could not stop rooting for Fitzgerald.
The movie would literally improve 100% if it focused on the exploits of the coward scumbag of Fitzgerald. A fitzgerald movie would have been 10 times more entertaining. Bane was literally the only thing going on this movie. Leo robbed Inarritu a 4th Oscar.
