With the exception of the gingerbread men, those effects were incredible. Adam Scott played the role well. His Parks and Rec mediocrity eclipsed his talent as an actor. I'm not saying he was remarkable or anything, but he played the role with texture and sincerity--something I don't think is often found in comedies/comedy-horrors.
