If only the rebels knew all they had to do was shoot one of those two globe thingies on a star destroyer to knock out their bridge deflector shields and then send a kamikaze into the bridge, things would've been pretty easy

Instead of kamikazing an A-Wing, why not just have one of the Rebel cruisers (you can see two right there with a line of sight) fire into the bridge? It's not like they can shoot down lasers.

Why do lasers fly so slow in start wars? Arent they basically light?
