KOTOR 2's prologue is fucking terrible, playing through Peragus and Telos again keeps it from having any replayability. KOTOR 1's Taris is lame but at least it isn't as long, and has memorable moments like the Endar Spire, dueling ring, and swoop race.
2 in general is a mess, really. But I'd play a fan edit with just the first eight or nine hours of the game removed.
