its pretty easy actually, and if you're using the updated webmconverter it has a subtitle function
just make a new notepad document in the same folder as the video file and name it exactly the same as the video file
Then arrange them like this, as you can see you put the number of the sub, the time frame below, and the text below that. Double space in between.
When you're done hit save as, instead of saving it as text select "all files" from the drop down menu and add an ".srt" to the end.
You should be able to use that file as subs now
