So you are retarded, then. The USSR and Germany signed a non-aggression pact so that both sides agreed not to attack one another and to cooperate peacefully. The USSR honoured this agreement. Invading with 3.8 million troops is a pretty big violation of this agreement. The Nazi Germans were scum though and they didn't care about agreements and treaties.
