They are. And they're fucked too. Women have been getting more and more miserable every decade for guess how long. Half a century ago, things made sense. You're a man? You work hard, you find a nice girl, you have a family. You're a woman? You find a man, you build the home, you have a family.
Now more and more people are turning away from this because there's just no reason to do it anymore. Now getting married is a liability, no marriage lasts longer than 10-15 years, divorce courts are hell, both spouses have to work, the cost of having kids is skyrocketing, mass immigration has destroyed the value of labor, the middle class is vanishing, you need a four year degree to run a fruitstand, and there's nowhere to run.
All that's left is to smoke weed and pretend it's okay that ten million years of evolution terminate with your childless death.
