Part of TPM is spent on a beatific green planet (of which there are no good shots) and then the rest spent on tatooine (which there are no good shots), for literal fucking reasons. It was a half-assed duplicate of how ANH went from space, to tatooine, to space, to dantooine, to space.
Attack of the clones spent a lot of time on other planets, but, again, it was all muddled CGI. But, even then, it was still heavily knocked off of empire. As corasant was was basically the same aesthetic as cloud city, especially after the special edition. Then the second desert planet was as basically the polar opposite of dagobah, which was clearly lucas trying (and failing) to get away from the OT.
