i agree though. I think my biggest problem with the game is chance of getting good items. The game is fun for amazing God Tier runs, but the chance of that happening is so small.

Binding of Isaac is quickly boring. The game can easily be done without good items, it's just tedious because you do shit damage.

for the same reasons I enjoyed Kirby games when I was younger, I like to see what kind of combinations you can make. Rebirth and Afterbirth made it so you aren't going to see this combinations, you will 9/10 times get a shitty to mediocre run. This ruined the game for me.

Playing Azazel is instant win. Terrible design
