What's wrong with people? It's like a pizza but way more convenient. Fine, enjoy living your life in slices.

Which do you guys prefer
The Office or Parks and Rec?

"I prefer The Office to Parks and Recreation "
>>63948842
I just recently started watching The Office, but at the moment I'd say Parks and Rec.
>>63948920
same
>>63948842
I prefer Parks and Rec, but I need to give the Office another try. I hear almost universally good things about it, but it just didn't land me when I watched it before.
>>63948842
>>63948920
is The Office like Parks and Rec in that its characters have an evolution through the series and there are genuine friendships? I guess I never saw enough of it but from the little I have seen it seems like cynical depressing humor where everyone's an asshole. I really liked how everyone on Parks and Rec was likable in some ways and hatable in others, and how they were always interesting when they interacted.
>dude we're so liberal xD: the show
>>63949030
I think it lacks the general enthusiasm and positivity Parks and Rec has, which doesn't mean it's bad, but just tonally very different. Then again, they are bunch of people in a boring office job, so maybe it's ok for them to be a bit tired... of everything.
Adam scott reminds me of jim a lot

Both shows' season 2-4 are consistently great. I'd maybe edge in The Office, just because Parks really got stuck in a rut and the great early seasons don't stand out as much
I'll also say that the bad seasons of The Office aren't THAT bad. Robert California was great, and the characters were lovable enough to make it work. Some parts were rough but it pulled together in the end
As an Indian I gotta say real accurate representation of Indiana

I disagree.I did like james spader though but i wish he had more screen time.
>>63949545
Yeah, he was poorly implemented.

Help me having a bearable commute, guys

Shouldn't watch tv while driving anyway
>>63950130
I actually take the subway, my office is 15 stations away, perfect for a whole 24 minute episode

Easily better than the Office. It's a lighthearted comedy that does a lot with each character. Can't say I love Ben and Leslie mackin' on eachother constantly once they really get together though.
