Finn had some pretty funny moments, especially with R8.
Rey was somewhat badass and did have the flaw of trying to grasp what's happening to her so she can evole. Plus she was a cutie, but that's about it.

Kylo is a good character in my opinion, he's an embodiment of the new trilogy living in the shadow of the original one. He's an edgy teenager with shit self esteem, who beneath the mask and the force powers is still a massive loser with an ugly wide face.

Neither Rey nor Poe had any personality honestly, but Rey is disgustingly perfect. At least Poe had SOME flaws.
Finn is a mixed bag. He should have been the protagonist instead of Rey. I feel he had potential for a really good arc but kept getting shifted into a comic relief role.

Finn>Poe>Rey
Finn has the most developer character arc so far, and is a refreshing face in the Star Wars universe because he's neither a nobile leading leading man, generic baddass guy or an all-powerfulMary Sue. He's just a stormtrooper janitor who wants to get away from the war at all costs, and happens to be thrown into a scenario he wants no part in.
Poe is engaging but didn't get enough screen time, let alone backstory. Even then, he's more or less another shoe-in for charismatic leading man role material for being the best pilot in the galaxy, which is already Gary-Stuish by default. I'd like to know about his past, and see him buddy-up with Finn for space shenanigans in the next movie.
Rey is a mega-Mary Sue at this point, and the stake of her future character development is fundamentally tied to the next movie. If she doesn't get her shit kicked in like Luke did in TESB or struggle between the light and the dark side to take her Mary-Sue levels down a notch, then it's hopeless. She will inevitably become bland and unlikable if that ends up being the case.

The movie is still number 5 in my list. It was ehh. Literally a copy of episode 4.
I really like them all to be honest.
Poe satisfies the itch I feel for wanting more Wedge.
Rey is nice. Felt like Daisy was "acting" too much at the start, but I thought she felt natural towards the end as a successor to the Skywalker "chosen one" lineage.
Finn is great as a non force-sensitive. I hope they don't make him a Jedi because I really like the idea of him being a solid "normal" ally to Rey.
