Those who make your food don't give a fuck if you get cancer and die, they're trying to not lose money and make as much as possible. That doesn't mean the food is not good. It's capitalism, everyone wants to make money, but also everyone wants at the same time for the buyers to have a reason to pay them money, they want them to enjoy the product.
