The only one I really dislike is the Episode III half-way Clone-Stormtrooper helmet - it feels like an awkward mashup, whereas the Episode II helmet had some identity of its own (I'm a big fan of the fin on top desu, very 30s-serial-Rocketeer).
Original Stormtrooper helmet is still my favourite since it's so iconic, but the new one is pretty nice too tbqh.
They all look bad. No wonder stormtroopers are notoriously bad shots. I'd be a bad shot too if I couldn't see where I was fucking aiming.

Not surprised, for all his failings I really do appreciate the little touches like that.
Makes sense too, one of the Republic Rocketman serials from the 30s/40s that inspired Star Wars (and The Rocketeer), specifically Boba Fett's jetpack in the OT I imagine, was called Commando Cody, and later we get that Clone CommdER Cody.
It's strange how the design starts off sleek and compact and gradually gets more clunky and counter-intuitive.

This 2bh. Every clone trooper seemed to have their own identity. Even if it was meant to be a bridge between the armor of episodes 2 and 4, they unwittingly struck gold.
