I literally just watched an hour of it. The series is a landmark for Western animation, and I enjoyed it, but the fight scenes go on for far too long and happen at such a fast pace that you can't absorb any of it, and it gets boring real quick. Take the Ventress fight for example.

Every single strike and stance has meaning and creates tension. Luke is just barely holding on and there are so many close calls that the audience is on the edge of their seats. The Ventress fight, you couldn't get a feel for any emotion until the very end, by which time you're already bored to tears.

The benefit of a cartoon is that they can actually strike at each other, and that's what the strikes do - each one looks like it's aimed to kill and they either parry or dodge.
At no point did I ever "zone out." Sure it's a tad long at a whopping 6 minutes, but the pacing is excellent, and they fight in many different ways through like 4 different environments.
Compared to the Episode III Obi-Wan v. Anakin fight that was beyond pointless and retarded, this fight scene is a masterpiece. That ending with the flashing scenes of Anakins teachers and the emotion is so well done that it blows away anything in the prequels.
