I've watch 70 or 80, but I feel quite disappointed with myself. I would've liked to have seen 100+. Done some great rewatching, though. Some films in my collections I've rewatched a dozen or more times.
>>
>>63752352
Good question and I've narrowed it down to these five

[1986] Blue Velvet (David Lynch)
[1987] Der Himmel über Berlin (Wim Wenders)
[1989] The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover (Peter Greenaway)
[1991] Barton Fink (The Coens)
[1992] A River Runs Through It (Robert Redford)

>348 films

I wanted to watch 1 movie a day. I got days without movies but tried to compensate by watching more than one another day.
I'm only 3 movies late so I'm almost alright, I hope I'll be able to catch up.

>>

How was New York Stories? Gonna break that one in tonight
>>
371 movies

Can't be bothered to count them quality wise but if I could single out some of them they would be

The Red Shoes
Nights of Cabiria
Grapes of Wrath
The Mirror
Revenge of the Actor
Norte
Of God and the Undead
Night of the Hunter
Laura
Sunrise
Vampyr
La Strada
Ikiru
Hiroshima Mon Amour
Touch of Evil

and a few other good ones

I've actually slowed down a lot these past couple of months. Had a lot of free time this past summer so I think I may have watched a total of 170 films in the span of three months. Gonna try and break my record next year. Will likely fail, tho.

Oh and The Apartment. Cracked that one a few times in a pretty short while. Such a nice, comfy movie too.

>watch a great film
>still thinking about it a week later
>mfw I find out plebs watch 3 films a day
Films aren't hamburgers, you don't stuff them in and then take a shit, you let them sit in your mind for a bit. Probably watched them in VLC on your laptop too.. fucking board disgusts me.

I watched about 500 if you include porn.

only 59 for me
>>
Started working my way through my dvd collection of around 300-400 films. I've seen about 200 and am working on compiling the ideal shelf for when I move out. I'm trying to complete all my 2hr+ films because then it will be a lot easier. I've calculated the time and I have before New Years to watch 36 hours worth of film.
>>
>>63757276
everybody who's anybody in the film world can tell you of the time they watched 3 or more movies a day

scorcese watched 3 movies a day and that was his education

>>
