The money I'm not willing to spend on the slop that gets churned out is now going to be spent on things that help my local economy.
Also, the entertainment industry needs to learn its lesson.
If you keep producing remakes and unoriginal garbage and charge out the ass for it, people aren't going to want to give you money. Learn from that and start offering a better product at a better price instead of throwing a tantrum and trying to use the government to force people to give them money. Honestly, the fact that people are even willing to pirate it is something they should be thankful for.

That's not my point. My point is the food industry thrives by endlessly repeating a consistent level of quality. They don't release "banana 2: electric boogaloo" and have it be just a lump of shit stitched in an old banana peel then act like it's the consumer's fault for not buying it. Which is basically what every sequel used to be.
