Nope, imagine that guy with cancer/aids, no ridges on his head, and a slightly fucked up jaw. Kinda like a guardian from green lantern, but grey, a slightly smaller skull, and all black clothes. Sorry if you wanted that lizard-esque creature, Snoke doesn't really look like that in the film.
