hot garbage
>>63629204
If you think a 9.4/10 (that's 94/100 if you can't do the math) is "hot garbage", what's a good score?
>in before 3.17/10 or 31.7/100
the revenant will be better
Probably a fun time at the least.
>>63629153
It's over, JJ won.

>>63629545
I'm 28 and still loving 'em, man.

this your first western?
Pulp fiction is tarantinos only decent film. And it's not even that good.
GLORIOUS 70MM FILM.
>most of the film is shot inside a sound studio
BUT LOOK AT THOSE HIGH DEFINITION 9,000 PIXEL CLOUDS COMING OUT OF PEOPLE'S MOUTHS. IT'S LIKE YOU CAN FEEL THE COLD. I CAN COUNT EACH WHISKER ON KURT RUSSELS FACE.
70mm was previously used in grand scale epic productions like ben hur, now it's 2003 Animal Planet HD tier "PANORAMIC VISTAS SO PRETTY". Literally no content in the frame other than a fucking mountain or a stage coach.
70mm is tarantino's desperate attempt to make his film unique and have some draw even though it's fucking nothing.

>3hr 2min
>long shots with sergio leone soundtrack intensifies
The problem with Tarantino is he thinks he is a better writer of dialogue than he is. For his first three perhaps he was quite good but then he let that get to his head, and now they all talk interchangeably
>>63629948
actually uno farto was upset because morricone didnt make it like a leone ost

Like every god damn movie ever created. To hell with his
>>63630299
Like every fucking Tarantino movie.
It's always ooh the treason; can they trust that guy? Yeah vengeance! Ohh he was actually bad/good. Genius.
>>63629153
The leaked script covered like two hours, maybe 2.5.
I love a 3 hour movie as much as the next guy but what the fuck, Uno?
>>63630363
>sticking with a genre is now being a hack
I fucking despise Quentin Tarantino, but dear Jesus, anon. At least I hate him for legitimate reasons. Sam Jackson getting sucked off by a white guy for example.
>>63629916
spoken like a true arm chair warrior.
>>63630402
What genre would that be?
I mean, I know he didn't go to film school, but he could stop rehashing the same plot devices. That + something wacky (lol royale with cheese, funny transitions, anachronic music! genius) and gets his cock sucked.
>>63630402
yeah, that's not patrician at all.
reverent at least is patrician, or so i hope.

Honestly I haven't grown out of them but I was around 18 like you when I suddenly realised they weren't as great as everyone was saying. I think I still like them because I had a volatile and abusive father and one of my few happy memories as a child was getting to my first full beer at 12 and stilling down with him to watch his favourite movie, Pulp Fiction (inb4 my dad's a pleb, you have no idea how big a pleb, I know so don’t tell me), then Reservoir Dogs, which I still whole heatedly enjoy. I like most of them for the most part (despite really disliking Kill Bill Vol. 2 and Django). But why everyone thinks all his movies are masterpieces is beyond me.
>>63629153
Can't stump him? what accent do you have to say that with to get it to rhyme.
>>63630640
Is this B8? He edited it by hand and graded it photochemically, there was no DI. You severely underestimate Taranfeeto
