I have a 1996 book in the other room called "The Great World Tour" made in the same spirit, but it's so much fucking better.
Hundreds of stuff to find on every page. Everything you need to find has a little description along the edge of the book, to explain what it is, and what it's used for in the location (it covers many locations on Earth), you actually have to find stuff that's going to be relevant in the next location you visit, there's an overarching list of items hidden throughout the book you need to find by the end to complete the story, AND, you need do a minimalistic puzzle to know what page to turn to, which puzzle also helps you keep track of your journey on the map in the back.
That is what a "find X" book is supposed to look like.
