It doesn't take a fucking genius to figure out how to write in Sam and Kevin. Just have Sam pop into the Grid to help push out the remnants of CLU's regime. Throw in a "reviving Flynn" story arc and you're pretty much set. Expand the mythos behind ISOs a bit more, flesh out some more world building, actually confirm if TRON is back to normal, etc.
