I loved it. The finale was great too. I get why people don't like it though, the series has a weird tone. It's definitely not for everyone.
It was fine, it was always about the journey not the end, the reveal was always going to be shit simply because all the effort went into dialogue and jokes, the show was never trying to be a serious who dun it mystery, and it never tries to be, it had ridiculous plot holes and actions simply for the sake of a joke or horror trope reference.

The series was a parody (middle point between Scream and Scary Movie). It wasn't a serious mystery. I knew from the start that the reveal would be ridiculous. The final hour was fucking hilarious. The Dorkus episode and the Pete rant was too serious compared to the rest of the series.
Besides, subverting the reveal "trope" like they did was pretty cool. Not original, but cool.
