Well I only meant that as a tv series goes on the producers get feedback and can change the script for later episodes. But I mean with a book you write it and it gets published and you can't change it. Unless it's a series, although even then since usually it's just one author they're probably gonna do what they want rather than write off a character their fans hate. Unless I'm taking the word literary too literally.
