2015 was the worst year for movies to date. I can count on one hand the number of decent to good movies released this year:

>Fury Road
>Inside Out
>The Revenant
>Spotlight

Looks like 2016 is going to be even worse, too. Pic related.
>>
>>63511284
2009 was way worse

Actually movies in your picture look for biggest part rather good, I'm excited or curious of most of them, the only ones I don't care/don't like are Angry Birds, Bourne, Zootopia and the one in the bottom right corner

Hang on... de Oliveira and Garrel both released films this year? Why didn't anybody tell me?

I watched 20 or so movies in the theater this year. There were 3 I came out of actually enjoying:

Kingsman
Ex Machina
Sicario

It's a real shame considering how great last year was.

No, so its a shit year F.A.M
>>

i loved both arielle holmes and ilya. thought they were really authentic. plus, the use of music was really excellent, it's like a part of the filmic texture in a way that i haven't really seen before.

i don't know, it just really got to me.
>>

>no good releases for hip hop, rap or pop

lol retard. if you even slightly like trap music, its been a banger of a year
>>
>>63517885
it looked somewhat authentic at parts because the story is based off her life (I'm sure you already know that), so she could act a little more naturally, but some of the parts where she had to take a more dramatic approach (the bus scene at the end, or the whole fight with the razor blade ninja star) were just a little flat for me.

Her arguing for a bag to shoot up with early, early in the morning and the very ending when she gets back to New York were phenomenal tho
