In the show, it seems Hitler is the man in the high castle as he is literally a man... in a high castle. The show seems to hint that he may have time traveled and prevented the allies from winning, or is that just my wishful thinking?

The story about the antique dealer getting all butt blasted seemed completely unneeded. It did nothing to advance the plot.
why are they wearing the same kind of hat? shouldn't higher ranks get better hats? Did they used to give those hats out with uniforms? Did you have to buy it?
