I read it after Amazon recommended it to me because I loved Snow Crash and Neuromancer and it was the only time in my life I've ever rage-read a book. From first page to last it's just an endless string of new and painful cringes.
It's only after I read it that I found out the audiobook version was narrated by Wil Wheaton, which is so perfect that I can't even think of a snarky comment to add.
My rage ever grows because they are making a big budget movie out of this fucking book, and Stephen Spielberg is directing, and Bates Motel's Olivia Cooke is the only confirmed cast member so far, playing this character.
