that being said 1 v 1 snake would right up wreck max. Something i noticed as well is you know how sometiems movies in a series that suck it's often because the character changes, like later Die Hards were he's really no long John Mcclane, but MM3 and escape LA are tolerable purely because the characters are still their awesome badass self.
