We've been over this. The prison is home to important people who are better left alive, ie political prisoners and people of power. After Bruce escaped, he obviously lowers a rope and helps the entire pit escape. One of them is a local warlord who, in gratitude, agrees to smuggle Bruce back into civilization, whereupon he accessed his secret bank accounts that are off records i order to sneak back into Gotham.
