I'm not sure how long you've been using it, but just for the record it works by making what's left of your current hair fall out and replacing it with new stuff. That new stuff is entirely dependent on Rogain until the day you die. If you're not sure if you need it you should not be on it. Hell, maybe not even then. You are creating a dependency where there may not need to be one.
