I never watch anything more than once, but I've watched all 7 seasons of Mad Men three times. There are a lot of layers to it that you don't notice the first time. For me, best TV series ever, hands down.
The Wire was bretty gud, although it lacked visual style and some of the writing was dull.
Breaking Bad has grown on me, but it's still overrated. The first couple seasons were fairly shit.

The first 2 seasons were the only good part. The show totally shits itself in the season 2 finale and the next 3 seasons are just a constant descent into shittiness, culminating in the final episode which is one of the very worst things to ever air on television.

Some shows from recent years I thought were by and large "good".
Fargo is what can be expected from a modern "quality" production. It doesn't go beyond the mold. Movie level production values and acting aren't inherently that impressive to see on a television screen any more.
