Would that necessarily be the case though? Thor isn't quite the god he is in the comics. He really is only an alien, and for all we know the virus could still affect him.
Stark would be able to stop it if he was aware of it, but if not, I can't see how the suit would help him. By the end of the series, Kilgrave can use technology.
Though I guess if Pym shrunk small enough, there's no way the virus can get him so I can see that one.

No. His power up only gave his viral infection an extended radius. That way, if he walks in a building, he can boss the whole building around trough an intercom instead of only the people in the same room like before. Locking him up in an airtight box would still put a stop to him. It's just that getting to him is harder than before if you're not wearing headphones and/or an airtight suit, the sort Iron Man is wearing.
