Wouldn't it be better if batman fought supes because he thought he was a bad guy and then lex comes out with kryptonite or lex is somehow mindcontrolling supes with an earlier version of brainiac (lex os) and kryptonite and batman figures it all out fights supes breaks the mind control then they become friends and form justice league.
