Pain and Gain was actually decent. Every joke involving the fat Australian was fuckawful but the rest was worth a watch. Only people who think it's shit have their heads up their asses.

It's worth watching, honestly I'd say it's up there with The Rock in terms of quality. Shows us a side of Bay we don't usually see, when he has a pretty good screenwriter.
It's as if Todd Howard was stretched in Photoshop and made unable to speak without a prompter.
Based as fuck and literally the most authentic director in Hollywood. He triggers the fuck out of redditors, nu-males and "nerds". Also, he's completely self-aware and puts his contempt for his audience directly in his movies, as seen by the theater scene in Transformers 4.

It's too long sure, but it's pretty enjoyable when it really gets going. Bay knows what he's doing as a director, though he should look into a more concise editor.
