I'm not meming here, but I always thought that he played CIA agent Bill Wilson, I even remember that being the case when I watched the Dark Knight Rises in theaters, considering I'd seen Super 8 before that and remember he was pretty good. When I became aware of Baneposting circa early 2014 it's as if history had corrected itself so that Aiden Gillen played CIA. I believe this is the point /tv/ altered reality and I crossed into the berenstain universe where the intro to TDKR was actually as bad as the rest of the movie, and the bulk of it being Gillens horrid performance.
