Tried watching it recently, actually despised Sam Lowry as a character. Basically killed the whole movie for me tbph. I loved it when I was younger and I still like everything else about it though.

I want to like Terry Gilliams movies. Producers cant afford his artistic vision, so his movies fall short in some ways. What would we get if TG got a $300M budget?
