The Anakin and Padmé frolicking in the meadows were worse than any part of TPM, but I'd say AotC is a lot better structurally.
TPM's a fucking mess, it's impossible to summarize without saying "and then this happened" half a dozen times, while AOTC is basically an episode of TV with an A-plot and a B-plot, both with decent premises.
Overall AotC wins for me because it's a lot closer to being a good movie. Just get a rewrite on the script to fix the dialogue, and hire someone more charismatic than Christensen, and boom, you get a pretty decent film. Only way to improve TPM would be to start from scratch (i.e giving it an actual premise, since it doesn't have any)
I watch Phantom Menace yesterday. The acting is way worse than I remember and the "fun" parts are way stupider and outdated than I remember. That being said, it at least had some okay designs and worlds scattered throughout. I hardly remember anything about Attack of Clones, but it's probably way less fun to watch.

This is a very easy debate. The answer is Clones. There is not a single redeeming scene in Clones. There is absolutely nothing good about it. It's the most boring and worst of the prequels.
Phantom Menace has the duel of the fates lightsaber battle at the end which is its sole good scene. They're both shit and basically unwatchable unless you're in a /tv/ stream taking the piss though.
Phantom menance would have been pretty good if not for jar-jar and kid Anakin desu senpai.
